Membership packages are a great way to experience Moonrise for longer periods of time at a discount.
We offer blocks of hours starting at 10hrs for $400/hr. This is a significant discount over the standard rates of 2hr/$1100, 3hr/$1500, 4hr/$1800. The hours can be split up across multiple charters (2hr minimum). To book you can either text/email/call and we will set it up. We can also normally accommodate last minute bookings depending on availability and you will be able to contact the captain directly.

Our Hinckley EP Picnic Boat was handcrafted in Southwest Harbor, Maine. We will customize your Charleston yacht charter to ensure that you enjoy your day on the water as much as possible! Jet drive enables the boat to draw only 1’6” of water so guests can easily access a beach to relax or go shark tooth hunting.
Light refreshments are provided as well as a refrigerator and yeti coolers for anything you bring on board. Plenty of seating both in the covered pilothouse as well as in the stern if you want to enjoy the sunshine. Captain included as well as all expenses. You could feel it in the way he and his first mate played the sweetest love songs and were just so joyous to be around. They were wonderful to work with, and that experience will always hold a special place in our hearts. The time we got to spend together on the boat was our favorite part of the day—such a perfect, intimate moment. The weather couldn’t have been better for boating, and Scott even slyly whispered to my husband to ask for our first dance song so he could play it on the boat. My family and I love getting out on the water with Captains Chris and Alex! my family of 5 usually pulls up to no name island by Fort Sumter after a cruise around the charleston waterways. The kids love having the flexibility to get off the boat to swim and explore. The captains are experts at pulling the boat up very close to the beach and can anchor in super shallow waters without a problem. We have also enjoyed evening adult cruises with friends on several occasions. The Ravenal bridge is particularly beautiful to see at night! Moonrise is a gorgeous boat and the service is top notch. Snacks and water are always provided, and we usually pack some of our own food and beverages too (though the captains can also arrange to have this already on board). A perfect afternoon or evening spent on the water!

This is a must do on your next trip to Charleston. My wife and I have been coming to Charleston for the last 20 + years and this is by far the best way to see Charleston…the way it was supposed to be seen…from the water. Our Captain was Capt Chris and he mad us feel very comfortable and safe and he was extremely knowledgeable of all things Charleston plus the surrounding areas like Daniel Island, Mt Pleasant, IOP, Sullivans Island and more. The time spent aboard the Hinckley Picnic boat was so relaxing. We were provided charcuterie and champagne upon arrival. We were then treated to the most beautiful sunset as it set over the Holy City. The boat was immaculate and very comfortable for us all to spread out during the cruise. There is a head (bathroom) on board so feel free to drink and eat all you want. Our party is eagerly counting down the days until we return again to Charleston we can book another cruise aboard Moonrise with Captain Chris.

I’ve been on lots of boats in my time, but this one is special! I cannot recommend the professionalism, beautiful boat, delicious charcuterie/cheese board, friendly knowledgeable Captain and general facilities enough. I took my mom and her two friends she grew up with to Charleston for her 75th birthday and this was the highlight of the trip. Skip the crowded public boat tours and enjoy a sunset and exploring Charleston the best way possible. (Having a nice bathroom onboard is also a plus!) lol Make sure you put this on your Charleston list!
